Designed with a modern, calming aesthetic, Sandpiper comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is appointed with quality mattresses and linens for a restful stay.

Lock-up undercover parking is available for 2 vehicles. The fully fenced property includes privacy fencing on three sides.

There are security cameras at the front and side of the property (not in any private/entertaining areas).

Breathe Easy Space

To maintain a comfortable and odour free environment for all our guests, Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside or within 5 metres from entrances. Sorry no pets (of any kind).

Exclusions

• The lock-up 3-bay shed and boat carport in the backyard is not available for guest use.

• Sorry, vehicle access to the backyard is no longer available.

NO EXCEEDING OCCUPANCY LIMIT

This property may not be ideal for infants or young children because of internal and external stairs, internal sliding door to garage that cannot be locked, and the absence of cots or highchairs.

TARIFFS:

HIGH SEASON - $4,249.50 7 nights (minimum stay)

High Season rates are charged for the four (4) middle weeks of the QLD Public School holidays in Dec/Jan and Easter QLD Public School holidays

MID SEASON - $3,059.50 - 5 nights ( minimum stay)

Mid Season rates are charged for the 1st & 6th week of the Dec / Jan & QLD Public School holidays and June and Sept QLD Public School holidays

Low season rates are charged for all other times

LOW SEASON - $1,884.50 - $3,409.50 3 to 7 nights (3 night minimum stay)

- $2,079.50 - 3 night weekend

Bond: A refundable security bond of $1,000.00 is required 3 days prior to check-in.
