Alyce Rowe

Originally from Thames, Pauanui has been a second home to Alyce having spent summers here with her family for the past 11 years. Alyce jumped at the opportunity to move permanently to the beach side town and open a Harcourts office in a very different and unique market.

Alyce started with Harcourts in 2012 in the first intake of the New Zealand Real Estate Scholarship in the Thames office and after just three years she has now become Harcourts’ youngest business owner. She is excited about this new opportunity and ready to take on the challenge.

Alyce brings to the real estate industry a fresh new approach and a personal touch. Her positive energy makes her easy to work with. She is enthusiastic about selling property in Pauanui and passionate about being involved in the community where she can.

Her upbringing has given her an intimate knowledge of Pauanui making her familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Combining this with her background in advertising sales, where she has gained skills in communication, sales and negotiation, she has the ingredients to deliver you great results.
