Hi I'm Jan Booth and I have lived in Mount Maunganui since 1978 and believe that it is one of the best places in the world to live and raise a family. I have four daughters and six grandchildren who are growing up and enjoying being part of the community and schools here. I love the beautiful beaches and the fabulous walk around and up the Mount. Working with, and meeting, people from all walks of life is what I love to do and my affinity and passion for the Mount and Papamoa area is hard to miss.

It is very important to have the right salesperson working for you with enthusiasm and knowledge of the area and market. My down to earth approach, combined with honesty, integrity and friendliness is my way of dealing with my clients. I believe it is important to be yourself and treat people as you would like to be treated.

Listening to what you want and finding the right property for you is very important to me. Buying and selling a home is a big decision in anyone's life and I aim to make the process as stress free as possible in every way. I was 'Rookie of The Year' in my first year in Real Estate and am continuing to love my job and do well. I was the top salesperson for the Company in the Mount and Papamoa area for the year 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2009-2010 and top achiever in the Mount and Papamoa area for 2008-2009 and in the 2010-2011 year. I was also nominated for the Regional Salesperson of the Year in 2007-2008, and in 2009-2010 and have continued to be a 200 Club Millionaire Achiever every year since. When we were looking for someone to market our property in Papamoa Beach Rd this year we did not consider using any other agent except her.  We were impressed with how she dealt with our requests in the past and especially our "no nonsense" approach to price setting and the haggling that this involves.
