Raised in New Zealand and resident in South Wairarapa with his wife and young daughter, Julian brings over 20 years of national and international sales and marketing experience to real estate and is very excited to be part of the award winning Harcourts Hamill Wairarapa team.

Real estate was the natural choice for Julian having already achieved a highly successful career in business working in London where he built and led award-winning sales teams of over 120 sales agents in the telecommunications industry, before returning to Wellington and accepting a high-profile account management and business development position in the IT industry working with Government and most of the top 250 New Zealand companies.

Before embarking on his successful business career, Julian grew up with a father in the building industry and started out as an aluminium joiner assembling and installing doors, windows and ranch sliders. This has given him an appreciation for architecture and quality workmanship and Julian is thrilled to be working in an industry where he can merge his love of business and architecture. With his drive to achieve results, his integrity and proven business credentials plus the backing of the Harcourts team and brand, Julian is well placed to work with and for you to successfully achieve your real estate goals.
