Dale Smeaton

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry in Te Awamutu 20 years ago, Dale had a successful career spanning 30 years in the New Zealand Police.

His time in the Police included a period as Chief Prosecutor at Lower Hutt, Senior Sergeant in charge of Te Awamutu, Palmerston North Rural Area Commander, Co-ordinator Recruit Training at the Royal NZ Police College and finally retiring as Wairarapa Area Commander.

Dale's years since his Police career have included experience in Property Development before beginning his Real Estate career in 1993.

Dale's overall Real Estate goal;

To achieve a win, win, win situation for Vendor, Buyer and the Company, with an emphasis on honesty and integrity.

Dale continues to serve people well in what is a very successful and long career in Real Estate.
