Mark Tutton

Mark has a history spanning thirty-two years in sales of high value items. As a result of this, he has developed excellent negotiating skills, a vast client base and has become well connected.

Having recently returned to Christchurch, after selling Real Estate in Wanaka for the last three years, he is pleased to now be based at the Harcourts Beckenham Office.

He has been an active investor in residential rental property in Canterbury and having been involved in the development of commercial units and being a long term landlord of commercial properties, he has a wealth of experience involving buying, selling and leasing both commercial and residential properties. Add to this his background in agriculture, and you have someone with a broad knowledge base covering many types of property.

As a proven trader, Mark has the ability to think creatively in negotiations, often making the seemingly impossible happen and providing his clients with a better end result.
