Ian and Cheryl Kitchen have been working together in the real estate business for the last 13 years. Both Ian and Cheryl grew up in the greater Whangarei district and have also worked here for many years.

They’ve been heavily involved in the community as both active members and committee members of numerous sporting clubs including Kamo Rugby and the Waipu Golf Club. What makes them unique as a real estate team is their local work experience outside of the industry. Early on, Ian worked as an engineer and Cheryl worked in marketing and promotions so they truly understand what it is like to live, work and play in this beautiful part of the country.
