Michael Benns

Michael Benns is English by descent and boarding school educated. Prior to becoming a vibrant and successful real estate agent, he held numerous roles within various industries. This including being a pilot for the RAF, a sales representative and manager for Lamson Paragon and a business owner in the wholesale/retail sector of the motor industry.

Since becoming a real estate salesperson, Michael has shown this to be his true calling and his true passion.

For four of the past five years Michael has been the top salesperson at the Barfoot & Thompson Henderson branch. He has also been listed in the company’s Top 25 salespeople list. And, in 2001, he was awarded one of only 22 prestigious Certificates of Excellence at the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Superstars Breakfast.

Michael attributes his success to one thing – a total commitment to his clients. He says, “I believe people’s homes are their greatest asset and usually the biggest investment they ever make. I offer my services in a genuine, relaxing manner in order to minimise the stresses this transaction often creates (usually through lack if understanding). Serving my client is my ultimate goal and customer satisfaction is my priority.”
