Iain Stewart

Iain has recently joined the Harcourts team in Wellington and brings to the role of sales consultant his strong background in sales, project management and customer service.

Iain grew up in Wellington and is passionate about the city that he calls home. 

He has worked in the residential housing sector in both quantity surveyor and contract management roles as well as contract management and sales in the commercial interiors industry.

Iain believes that the most effective form of marketing is client referral and as such will strive to exceed his clients’ expectations.

Iain will:

• Ensure that clients will spend their marketing money wisely.

• Handle buyers professionally and understands the importance of pre-emptive problem solving.

• Negotiate strongly to get you the highest price the market will pay.
