Jade is a residential sales associate to her mother, Debbie-Lee Richards-Wallace. Debbie-Lee has already established herself as a trusted and well-known salesperson in the area. Teaming up with her mother allows her to gain a deeper understanding of the industry. In Jade’s first year in the business she was involved in over 20 real estate transactions which gave her experience in working with different properties in a fast changing market.

Previous to real estate, Jade worked in recruitment, sales and customer services. It was here she developed strong communication, negotiation and people skills which she can now utilise in property sales.

She is a third generation real estate professional with an outstanding sales background and in-depth knowledge of the local market.
