Dennis Wiley has newly acquired his real estate licence after recently making a permanent move to Whangamata and having holidayed here since 1969.

Dennis graduated with a BSc in geology from Victoria University & worked in that field in Australia before moving to Hawaii where he started his real estate career as a licenced agent. Moving back to NZ in the early 80?s Dennis proceeded to open 9 successful restaurants in Wellington & Auckland. Dennis brings over 40 yrs experience in real estate having built & owned 6 homes in that time. He has had extensive experience in business & negotiations with leases & contracts.
