Pukemoremore Estate是一个承载共享生活体验的优雅载体，静谧地坐落于36.64公顷肥沃的怀卡托农田之中。这座精致的农舍低调而从容地融入环境，不显压迫感，消解了空间的边界，使建筑始终与周围广阔的翠绿景观保持持续对话。

两座人字形屋顶建筑共同构成居住空间：前侧为单层功能区域，后侧则为双层结构。主客厅具有极高的灵活性，既可作为三面开放的夏季露天生活厅，也可作为全封闭的玻璃冬季客厅，使居住者从各个角度即时融入农场景观之中。一条优雅的廊道温和地引导通往泳池屋，非常适合接待宾客或大家庭居住使用。

整体设计语言克制而精准，每一种材料都经过深思熟虑，共同构成统一且和谐的建筑表达。精选的材料组合旨在随着时间自然演化，包括本地开采的Hinuera石材（多种饰面）、染色的西部红雪松weatherboard以及Colorsteel金属材料。这些元素在室内空间中延续统一风格，室内采用抛光美国橡木、花岗岩、深色钛质石英岩、大面积落地玻璃推拉门，以及木质百叶屏风，在提供气候防护的同时，形成高度统一的现代乡村居所体验。

建筑整体安静地栖居于环境之中，克制而笃定，轻柔地退入景观背景之中，营造出完全的私密性、恒久性与宁静感。住宅远离道路喧嚣，沿一条蜿蜒的林荫车道向内延伸，仿佛远离尘世。成熟的景观树种为整个场地赋予梦幻般的斑驳光影，呈现怀卡托四季更迭的不断变化之美。

物业内还包含一座大型双机库飞机库、一条符合规范的私人跑道以及一栋已现代化改造的三卧独立小屋。土地范围内设有11个马厩及一座高标准1,800平方米的沙质马术训练场。此外，还配备约21个围栏牧场、牲畜围栏及维护良好的通道系统。场地内一片保存完好的成熟原生林，为物业提供独特背景，并栖息大量鸟类。独立设置的农场入口可便捷通达土地、功能区域、谷仓及马厩。该片位于怀卡托的葱郁土地具备极高多功能性，可同时支持农业与马术用途。

An elegant vessel for shared experiences, Pukemoremore Estate rests gently amid 36.64 hectares of fertile Waikato farmland. The sophisticated farmhouse unassumingly holds its space without dominating, dissolving any sense of enclosure and remaining in constant dialogue with the sweeping vistas of the verdant landscape.

These finishes continue seamlessly into the interior, featuring polished French Oak, granite, dark titanium quartzite, expansive floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors, and timber louvred screens that provide protection from the elements while creating a unified contemporary country home.

The dwelling sits quietly within its setting—reticent, yet assured—retreating effortlessly into the landscape to offer complete privacy, permanence, and peace. Hidden from the road and set back along a sweeping, tree-lined driveway, the home feels worlds away. Established specimen trees imbue the site with ethereal, dappled light—an ever-changing expression of the Waikato seasons.
