Carla Yates

Carla has been involved with residential real estate in the Ahipara and Kaitaia areas since 2004.  After finishing her education at Kaitaia College, she left the area to further her career path. Returning to Kaitaia in the late eighties, Carla developed a successful computer business which ran for over 12 years.  After selling her business, Carla applied the business   acumen she had developed over the years in the technology industry to her new vocation, with stunning results!

Carla’s results and achievements have been exceptional.  In her first year of Real Estate she gained Captains Club and Multi Million status putting her in the top 2% of LJ Hooker Salespersons in Australasia to bring home the LJ Hooker International Best New Talent award.  She also achieved numerous REINZ awards including Far North and Northland Salesperson of the Year and REINZ Far North and Northland Rookie Salesperson of the Year.  Carla gained this recognition for the commitment and energy she devotes to her business. 

Carla has three sons and a grandson and lives in Ahipara.  She is a keen sportswoman with particular interests in golf, skiing, fishing and spending time with her family
