Originally from China, shortly after she graduated with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, in 2007 Cecilia moved to Christchurch to embrace the kiwi culture with her husband. She genuinely believes people are the most valuable asset of a business. From a qualified university teacher in China to a supermarket manager and a small business coach in New Zealand, Cecilia started her journey by helping others in need.
Four years’ experience working in/with one of NZ’s largest franchisors in the service industry has provided her with valuable skills and knowledge to help her in negotiations, educating business buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing businesses. In her role she demonstrated her impeccable attention-to-detail and problem-solving under pressure. She has discovered her passion for helping people to achieve their dream of a lifetime.
