After returning from overseas I commenced a career in real estate in the early 2000’s.  I have learned a lot about property over this time. Being personally involved in several renovations, builds and subdivisions this has taught me a huge amount.

I gained my National Diploma within 3 years and have made use of this with several supervisory and consulting roles.

Some of my listings are rental properties, or fixer upper properties.  I also often help investors source properties that they can add value to which are listed with other agencies.

Having grown up in Selwyn on a lifestyle property I also have a great understanding of these types of properties and can highlight them to their full potential.
