Dean Collins

Specialising in commercial and industrial property since 2005, Dean’s local knowledge gives him an exclusive insight into Otago’s tightly-held property market and allows him to advocate on behalf of local and national clients for commercial and industrial properties of any size.

A Dunedin local and university graduate, Dean worked with an international property advisory company before joining the Colliers International Dunedin team as a shareholder in 2009. His familiarity with the region has enabled Dean to cultivate strong connections and effectively meet clients needs.

Areas of specialisation include sales and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property, as well as developmental land sales.

As a broker he is results driven, with a track record to back it up. Dean's dynamism and enthusiasm has seen his rise as a leader in the local property market. An avid outdoorsman, Dean is a regular skier and mountain-biker, and involved in senior and representative rugby.
