Fleur Bell

A born and bred Alexandra girl, Fleur’s love for real estate has taken her around New Zealand and Australia, gaining a huge breadth of experience across different markets.

Beginning as a Harcourts sales consultant in Timaru, she then moved to the Sunshine Coast to take up a role as Business Development Manager in Mooloolaba.

But home is where the heart is, and so now Fleur has returned to Central Otago to be closer to her friends and family.

We welcome her to the Alexandra team as her reputation for real estate knowledge and property acumen precede her. She believes that real estate must be a passion for any consultant and that’s what it is for her: she loves the challenges, the people-focused aspect and the satisfaction of delivering results for clients. She’s a friendly, reassuring face for her buyers and sellers and a great team player, whilst her expert marketing skills and aptitude for negotiations are a necessity in the personal toolkit of any consultant.

Fleur has wide-ranging property experience in her personal life as well as her professional life: she comes from a family of builders and is both a residential and commercial property investor. She’s gained many life skills through owning her own business and, in her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and four wonderful children, listening to music and hunting.
