Primarily committed to ‘selling the rural dream’ in the lifestyle sector.  Karl’s been selling and marketing real estate since 2003 and he has accumulated an impressive multi award winning sales record during this time.  His fulltime commitment to selling and marketing comes down to good old fashion hard work whilst keeping things simple and honouring the tasks he has set out to do. Living the rural lifestyle since 2003, Karl along with his wife Leanne and their two children reside on a 10 acre property in Drury Hills Road.

Karl’s sales have seen him sell as far a field as Waihi and the surrounding districts of Clevedon, Waiuku, Karaka and Alfriston. Karl was a former Head Boy of Manurewa High before embarking on a professional rugby career which saw him achieve New Zealand representative honours for U17’s, Secondary Schools, U19’s and captaining the New Zealand Colts.  His rugby career ultimately took him to Japan for 6 years where he represented his adopted country in a number of test matches.
