Kaylene McKinnon

Kaylene McKinnon moved to Auckland from

Christchurch in 2007 four years before the

earthquake struck her beloved city. Her home

is now in Auckland which she loves equally

and with her passion for the sea and tramping,

the move was a natural fit, giving her the

opportunity to explore the raw beauty of the

West Coast.

Kaylene has two children, Julianna who has

just finished her nursing degree and Brandon

who is doing a Business Diploma at the

Auckland University. In her spare time, Kaylene

enjoys getting involved in her community. She is

a regular volunteer for Bellyful, an organisation

supporting local families in need.
