Mark Davison

Mark Davison is the Property Manager for Inline Property Management. For many years, he worked in the
Ministry of Justice, covering most jurisdictions, before specialising in fines and civil debt. In this role, Mark
was responsible for managing and enforcing debt collection strategies, issuing warrants to seize property,
summons to appear in court and subsequent warrants to arrest in failure to appear in court.

Following this work, Mark became a bailiff and continued in this career for 15 years. In this role, Mark
actioned the warrants and summons he had previously been issuing. As a bailiff, he dealt with many people
who were evasive, dishonest, uncooperative and aggressive. Due to this experience, Mark has established
several strategies to ensure matters are resolved and is more than capable of handling any difficult situations,
should they arise.

Mark’s move into Property Management was a natural progression from his bailiff work, in which he was
responsible for carrying out eviction orders issued by the Tenancy Tribunal. This was a big motivator for
him. During this work, he saw many properties that had been poorly managed by both private landlords and
property managers alike. Seeing these poor outcomes encouraged Mark to move into Property Management
to prevent properties getting to this stage.
