Michael Morton

Alan has an extensive background in housing and property management.

 

He held senior management positions in the former Housing Corporation including responsibility for 1900 state rental homes in Northland.

 

Alan served as private secretary to successive Ministers of Housing and worked for NZ Parliamentary Service for over 16 years.

 

He has a tertiary qualification in business and considerable knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
