With a strong background in finance and operations, Rachel brings valuable experience to the team. Prior to joining property management, she spent several years in a senior supervisory role in the retail sector, where she developed exceptional organisational and analytical skills. As a landlord herself, Rachel understands the importance of clear communication, smart systems, and proactive management when it comes to protecting and enhancing an investment.
Rachel is based in Carterton and works closely with property owners and tenants across the Wairarapa region. She’s known for being approachable, thorough, and solutions-focused, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and prompt resolution of any issues that arise. Having joined the team in 2017, Rachel works alongside her father, Keith, and shares the same hands-on, client-first philosophy.
Outside of work, Rachel is a proud part of the motocross community in the Wairarapa and is heavily involved in the local scene. She also enjoys spending time with her family and keeping active. Her personable nature, industry knowledge, and strong work ethic make her a trusted and valued member of the Ray White Masterton team
