Sue Ferens

After a 20 year career in corporate senior management in Auckland, Sue headed north.

Sue started work in real estate in 2006 for LJ Hooker as a coastal salesperson, based at Teal Bay, north of Whangarei.

In 2008 Sue moved to the Far North as LJ Hooker's Houhora-based salesperson, where she lives on a permaculture lifestyle property. Sue loves the Houhora area for its subtropical climate, great gardening and fishing, its friendly people plus the unique aspect of fantastic beaches on both coasts of the spectacular Aupouri Peninsula, all of which she feels makes this an awesome place to live.

Sue is always keen to show prospective buyers the beauty of the “real” Far North.
