Within days of being born Jaden was in the Harcourts office, unbeknown to him, already embarking on his real estate journey - some may say his blood runs Harcourts blue through & through. Mum (Rana Ransley) enjoyed an extremely successful 20 year real estate career prior to selling the Harcourts franchise she co-owned in 2017.

Jaden?s life time immersion has resulted in a passionate commitment to the real estate industry. Family dealings in property development has seen Jaden invest in a two build portfolio, learning the process of home building with both builds selling for exceptional prices within the Harcourts system.

Precision, focus & sheer determination are some of the traits needed for Jaden to take out several Australasian championships in both go karting & car racing, one championship prize being a trip to Italy.

In more recent times making the life changing decision to transfer that award winning skill set learned to a fulfilling career in real estate with the team at Harcourts Holmwood, assisting buyers & sellers citywide.

Away from the cutting edge of real estate Jaden enjoys spending time with his golden retriever, travelling, rugby, gym, jet skiing & relaxing at the family bach in Akaroa.
