Katie is passionate about Pauanui and having spent most of her life in the beautiful beach side town, she is familiar with the area and all it has to offer. Katie is excited to be a part of the community in Pauanui and proud to call it her home.

Her Real Estate career started in Thames with two years’ experience working in Property Management, where she gained valuable skills in dealing with people and their properties. Having completed her National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson), she has now sold over $20m worth of Pauanui property and is well on her way to a successful career.

I first met Katie as she was marketing a house in Beaumont Green. When I saw her my immediate thought was “they are using schools girls to collect the names and addresses”.

There was another open home to view in another hour, after the Beaumont Green house and there was Katie again. By then I knew we were dealing with a young enthusiastic and professional agent who knew all the details of the property and was able to answer all the relevant questions that I posed about the property.

After a second viewing my wife and I made a decision to make an offer. Katie made notes and advised she would email the offer that night, and by the time we arrived back in Auckland it was in our inbox, perfectly reflecting our intentions. Katie made it clear by her advice to us that she was acting at all times for the benefit of her client, the vendor, and let my offer go forward to her client without comment. There was some incidental negotiations subsequently regarding chattels which she handled with total efficiency to the satisfaction of both parties. As a result of this purchase we had a house to sell and Katie and Alyce gave us good advice as to values, which we amended slightly as we had another agent supply a considerably lower estimate. There were some minor repairs that we wanted completed before we would give the okay for the open home. Once again Katie ensured the repairs were completed as soon as possible by being available to open the house so the repairer could gain entry and get the job done. The open home was a success with two offers with the settlement completed the following week.
