Mike also has a Degree in Business & Property from Massey University (Bachelor of Business Studies - Valuation and Property Management) where he has studied many detailed aspects of Property, including Real Estate Management, Negotiations, Development Management, Valuation, Town Planning and Construction. Mike has built on his property studies with 14 experience years as a Commercial Property Broker and Property Consultant.
He specialises in Commercial, Industrial & Development Projects. He is also an expert in site identification, analysis and negotiation.
Mike is an Executive Member of the NZ Property Council (BOP).
