Address Withheld, Tara, QLD 4421

Set on nearly 30 acres, this shipping container/leanto has a kitchen, shower, portaloo, 1 bedroom and an office that needs cleaning out of the previous owners belongings. The family aren't in a position to tidy up, so have priced this knowing you have a few days rearranging to suit your needs. Solar panels are on the roof but that's all, there is electricity access on the road. Rainwater tank in place but no dam, and Telstra mobile works quite well. This property is just off a bitumen road and is approx 30kms north east of Tara. Address will only be given out on inspection.
