I have always been fascinated with property. I saw the real estate industry from every angle over a seven-year career as a salesperson and after building up my own property portfolio, I discovered that a good Property Manager is worth their weight in gold.
Working for 10 years in project and industrial design engineering with a number of global market companies and liaising with clients from many different cultural backgrounds, honed my communication and negotiating skills. I pride myself on always delivering clients' requirements and expectations.
Born in Hong Kong, I have enjoyed being part of the Kiwi community for over 20 years. In property management, I meet clients from all parts of the world. Being a fluent speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English, and having an understanding of both the Chinese and Kiwi cultures has proven to be a real bonus.
