Attracted to the beauty and serenity that Waiheke Island offers, Karen and her family made it their permanent home in 2007.

Since then she has gained an appreciation for the real estate market on the island and all the different reasons that people are drawn to live or holiday here as well as understanding why people may need to relocate for personal or career opportunities.
