I have lived in Howick for over twenty years, raising my children here, who are both attending University in Auckland.

I love being close to the sea and surrounded by the many beautiful vistas I appreciate on a daily basis.

A number of years ago I started an Interior Design business, having a flair for colour and a passion for creating beautiful spaces for people to love living in.

Enjoying immensely being involved in the housing industry I commenced working for a Private Sale Company ‘Homesell’ a job I found incredibly rewarding.  I loved being involved in the whole process of helping people sell their own homes from the first initial meeting until the ‘SOLD’ sticker went on the sign.

I helped my Homesell clients in the presentation of their homes, maximising the full potential of every home before it was put on the market.  Obviously a ‘free’ service I would be offering to all my Total Focus clients if requested.

Now wanting to extend myself even further within this field a move to Real Estate is a natural progression.

I am a people person, with excellent communication skills, honest, reliable, hardworking and with a natural creative flair.

I feel enormous satisfaction from helping people and putting a smile on their face, knowing I have done a great job, so ultimately “they are happy”.

Selling or buying a home can be a stressful time and I believe I have the right skills, being caring and supportive.  I can take you through the process arriving at a ‘very happy’ and ‘successful’ outcome.
