"Patience, Passion, Perseverance" is Ada?s personality. She has a Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering which has given her a solid foundation for logical thinking. She has four years working experience in Caterpillar China accumulating a wealth of valuable experience in negotiating, problem solving and great communication skills. She also has four years of working in hospitality industry in New Zealand which gave her a much clearer understanding of people, thereby enabling Ada to provide a higher quality of service by using her multi-cultural background.
