Based in the Bay of Islands, we first entered the hospitality industry in the 1980's as owner-operators in the South Island. At that time we recognised a need for stock control systems and so commenced an independent stock control business contracting to hotels, clubs, restaurants and nightclubs from Queenstown to Timaru.
In doing the food and liquor assessments we were often called upon by those selling and buying to offer assistance in that process so it seemed only natural that we should then become sales people also, specializing in hospitality focused properties.
This has proven to be a very wise move as we can offer solutions to both buyers and sellers often bridging the gap in sales that normally would have fallen. Purchasers often need comfort to proceed and we are able to give it, backed by sound factual and practical knowledge.
We strive to offer our vendors and purchasers the information and solutions they need to make informed decisions and surround ourselves with the respected professionals to achieve that end.
Stephanie and Carl's hard working dedication, professionalism and commitment to their clients has been rewarded in many ways, not least of which being recipients of several outstanding awards. Jointly Carl and Stephanie took out the Exceptional Service award in 1999 for Century 21 nationwide and 2000 saw Stephanie achieve the No. 1 Commercial Salesperson award for the Northland Region from the NZ Real Estate Institute.
In 2001 Stephanie achieved the first ever double Centurion Award for Northland and for the second year running the top Commercial Salesperson for Century 21 New Zealand. Sales for Stephanie in 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002, 2003, have also put her in the top 2% of sales people for Century 21 worldwide.
