Leo Zhu

Leo Zhu loves selling properties and has been an Auckland CBD apartment specialist for over 14 years, being proudly a part of the Ray White City Apartments team. He speaks fluent English/Mandarin/Cantonese and has excellent communication skills. He has knowledge on all types of apartments including lease with Hotel at zero rated GST, leasehold, freehold and leaky building syndrome.

He gradually built up a strong client network, sold different types of properties including a service hotel room in Queenstown, a billboard in Christchurch, a half built/unfinished house, apartment building off the plan etc.
