Lou Newman

Lou joined Harcourts Johnsonville in 1977. After nine years of selling, Lou became Manager of the Johnsonville office then transferred to Khandallah in 1989. He became the franchisee and owner in 1991. Throughout Lou’s years of experience, he has seen many changes in the industry and knows how to best tailor a sales approach to suit any market conditions.

He is a dynamic Auctioneer. A prolific seller of properties. Lou has a huge number of former clients that deal with only him and he is always happy to talk to, and assist, new Buyers and Sellers.

Lou was formally a Partner with the Directors in Team Khandallah Ltd, but after 25 years of ownership and management Lou has decided to shift to the Wellington office to focus on his passion for listing and selling real-estate, and sharing his wealth of experience and knowledge with his clients.

Lou also has three sons and is a keen sportsman, being a Wellington Representative Lawn Bowler and a Life Member of the Marist ST Pats RFC and life member of the Victoria Bowling Club.
